Here is why you should encourage your child for WitBlox Young Inventor TechFest 2020
Nowhere in our organised education system, we encourage children to think independently, to create solutions out of their own problems. Feeding children with readymade knowledge, solutions and narrowing down their thought process is one of the many factors responsible for the paralytic society of the present time.
Creativity, critical thinking, failure, hands-on experience is what we need to encourage more for the children to be independent & free thinkers. True knowledge comes with experience, and here is a chance for your child to do so. Techfest, by IIT Bombay, is Asia’s largest Science & Technology Festival, which encourage youngsters to think out of the box and prove themselves. This year it has a special category called Witblox Young Invertor Techfest 2020 competition, where a child who is in school and is a student of class 5 to class 12 can take part(either as an individual or a group) in the competition (no registration fees) and choose any one theme out the four and prove themselves. The best part is the take away of the grand prize of INR 50,000.

As parents, it is our responsibility more than any institution to offer the best of learning & exploratory resources to our children. Trust them and let them choose what they want and if they fail then encourage them to move on and repeat the process. This practice will make them free and give them the idea of what real learning is all about.
